Description
The Bluegrass Vanguard Core is a lightweight full-face helmet for committed MTB riders. As well as being downhill ASTM F1952 and e-bike NTA 8776 certified, the Vanguard Core includes MIPS brain protection and was rated five stars at the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab. The Vanguard Core leads from the front, keeping your head as safe as possible while you shred the trails

Fit tip If you sit on the edge of two sizes, choose the one that puts you nearer the middle; open-face helmets have a fit dial to take up the last centimetre, while full-face helmets (Legit, Intox) should feel snug all round with the cheek pads pressing lightly, so don't size up for comfort.
How to measure
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows and just above the tops of your ears, keeping it level all the way round, and note the measurement in cm. Bluegrass sizes each helmet by head circumference, and that range is the size you pick on the product page. If you sit on the edge of two sizes, choose the one that puts you nearer the middle; open-face helmets have a fit dial to take up the last centimetre, while full-face helmets (Legit, Intox) should feel snug all round with the cheek pads pressing lightly, so don't size up for comfort.
